Sentiment analysis
Judging the tone — positive, neutral, critical — in which AI talks about a brand inside its answers. For Japanese, accuracy depends on handling keigo and indirect phrasing.
Notes
How you are talked about matters as much as whether you appear. If AI repeatedly notes high pricing or narrow scope, more mentions make things worse, not better.
Phrase-level judgment is what makes the data actionable: a single answer routinely contains both “easy to set up” (positive) and “pricing on the higher side” (negative). Seeing which phrases drive the score points to concrete fixes — clarify the pricing page, add case studies.
